It’s almost winter, but our real estate market is still moving quickly. Usually, during this time of year, the market is slowing down and people are making plans for the following year. However, real estate agents are currently out scouring the market for homes for buyers.
If you’re considering buying or selling but feel the holiday season isn’t the right time, this year, it may actually be a great time. 2020 has been like no other year, and it’s the same for our market. It’s a wonderful time to both buy and sell due to our market’s severely low inventory, high demand, and low interest rates (under 3%!). Also remember, winter means less competition for both buyers and sellers.
