Even with all that’s going on right now due to the coronavirus pandemic, there are still people out there who need to sell their homes. A recent client of mine needed to list their home but was nervous and wondered if they would be able to sell right now.
I gave them all the information they needed to price their house correctly, created online documents, had a virtual staging consultation, and more. Then we had our photographer take drone and 3D Matterport footage with full safety gear to put together an incredible presentation for this property.
