Hodges Family Farm Pumpkin Patch

Fall is here and with the weather and leaves changing there is still plenty to do and see outdoors. In celebrating the season with the entire family plan a trip to the Hodges Family Farm! The Pumpkin Patch is open to the public daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Free parking and free admission is offered. Spend the day at the farm enjoying the many photo opportunities with the little ones. Take a self-guided tour of the farm and meet the animals. Plan a picnic and grab one of the many spots to sit and enjoy a meal together outdoors.

The kids can burn off some energy and have some fun climbing and jumping on the hay bales.

Pick your pumpkins to bring home! Starting at $5.00 and they can go up from there depending on the size. Make a jack-o-lantern, bake some pumpkin seeds, make a pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread or a spicey savory pumpkin soup! There is so much you can do with pumpkin! Get creative in the kitchen or find a new recipe on Pinterest.

Visit the farm on the weekend and take a hayride with the family. Saturday and Sunday you can find light refreshments and enjoy the hayride activity for $5.00 per person. Kids 3 and under are free!

Hodges Family Farm s the longest-running farm in Charlotte! The farm has been serving Mecklenburg County and its surrounding counties for over 100 years. Help support your local farmers and stop by the farm to enjoy the pumpkin patch anytime before the end of October.
